Comfort Air Service is licensed in the State of Maryland and the State of Delaware and also maintains an M.H.I.C. license in the State of Maryland. In addition to the state master licenses technicians are individually licensed by the State of Maryland and are EPA certified in refrigerant handling. The company also carries electrical licensing in Talbot, Caroline, Queen Anne and Dorchester counties.
The company is a member of and certified by National Comfort Institute (NCI) in airside Test and Balance, Carbon Monoxide Testing and Combustion Testing. Individual technicians are certified in the various NCI protocols and are re-certified on an ongoing basis. Training is ongoing for technicians and support staff and is accomplished through manufacturers programs, independent programs and in house programs.
